Our Kids program focuses on helping build 5 things in children: Fitness, Confidence, Respect, Hard work, and Self-Discipline. Kids Program integrates physical education and self-defense technique with conditioning and skill-building games aimed at improving coordination, motor skills, agility, and flexibility. The classes help students build a strong foundation and improve their overall understanding of jiu-jitsu in a fun and competitive environment.
